Take it as a joke card. It's just hard to believe. I'm not sure if you're in Knoxville, but here it Nashville it differs by area apparently. It appears that we have around 5 but I haven't gone outside to check. The news lady was giving viewers a lesson on how to accurately read the inches of snow.
