The owner of an Aurora, Colorado, apartment complex has agreed to sell the property after claiming it was taken over by Venezuelan gangsters.

Aurora officials will drop dozens of charges against the owner of the Aspen Grove apartment complex as part of the agreement, as reported by the Denver Gazette.

The Aspen Grove was shuttered in August, with about 300 people evicted, after the city identified health and safety issues including rodent infestations, sewage backups, lack of electricity and trash pileups.

The management company, on its part, has blamed the property's condition on gangs, claiming Tren de Aragua members have scared management away and are forcing residents to pay rent to them.

A self-described Palestinian migrant accused of beating a Long Island Jewish man had been nabbed months earlier illegally crossing into the US and was almost immediately released.

Bechir Lehbeib, 26, of Mauritania sneaked across the southern border into Lukeville, Ariz., on July 20, 2023, with a group of more than 200 people, according to a House Judiciary Committee report on the migrant’s file exclusively obtained by The Post.

Lehbeib was released on his own recognizance two days later — after claiming he “feared” for his safety in his home country, the report said.

Vera was seen at the swearing-in ceremony wearing a hijab over her head as she took the oath of office and received her badge.

Massachusetts Leaders Lure Migrants with Welfare as Middle-Class People Exit​

The number of welfare cards in Massachusetts exploded by 35 percent from June 2023 to May 2024, according to the Boston Herald.

The massive increase in Electronic Benefit Cards (EBT) reveals the huge inflow of poor migrants — and helps to explain the rising outflow of middle-class Bay State residents who migrate to cities with cheaper housing, lower taxes, and higher wages.

“A staggering 672,483 new EBT cards have been added to the welfare rolls in a little over a year — a tally that’s intensifying calls for an audit of the welfare agency,” the Herald‘s Friday report said.

“The number of ‘active EBT cards’ in Massachusetts jumped 34.6 percent … according to data obtained by a Tainton state Senate candidate [who] shared with the Herald,” the report said.

President Joe Biden’s deputies are helping penniless migrants get settled in the United States by granting them access to SNAP and other aid. The migrants are legally eligible for the American spending because Biden’s deputies have given them temporary legal status under the legally contested “parole” migration program and the Temporary Protected Status program.
