Well, Sandusky did go on national television and admit to some of the charges against him while proclaiming his innocence. Let's not rule anything out.

First, you made up this fantasy of having a journal. Second, I don't give a rat's ass what the journal said. When the victims come in and testify, he's going to be behind the 8 ball.

Is it impossible for him to have a journal?

Do you see nothing wrong with the assertions of some that since he can locate the kid from said day in question, that it is proof of guilt? that only predators remember?

I think you're missing the point. Who cares if he has a journal? I don't know if only predators remember. I know that I don't buy for a second that they're going to present the person that McQreary witnessed being raped, and he's going to say nothing happened.

This may have been addressed earlier, but this thread is 14 pages and I didn't really have the time to go back and look, with this case being so high profile will the defense be able to use the inability to find an unbiased jury as a way to get out of this? Or will that be on Sandusky for choosing to do the interview?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but my knowlege of the justice system is pretty limited.

They will get a jury, but it will be a b***h doing so. I've sat through some long jury selections before, and those were 3-4 days. I bet jury selection takes upwards of 2 weeks in this case. JMO

Setting up for an "ineffective assistance of counsel" issue on appeal? Or maybe it's just another case of Occam's Razor striking again, and the guy just simply isn't a very good lawyer.
