He was simply pointing out that black people and Hispanics struggle with knowing how to get on the internet. Of course he left out white people in his comments. They all know how to get on the internet and can get themselves in the queue for a free vaccine.

Hmm, I didn't read it like that at all. Of course, I don't look for reasons to try and make someone a victim either, as apparently both Biden and his detractors are. I find it strange that if this were the egregious slight it's being made out to be, the need to manufacture fake tweets and apologies wouldn't be necessary. Sounds like someone needed the minorities to be told they should be outraged by Joes implications, which in and of itself should be just as insulting.
