Another problem is the use of atrocious logic. For example, not baking a cake for someone based on a religious objection to their lifestyle is not even close to the same thing as refusing them service because of their political biases or positions, yet people who want to make a poorly informed political stance pretend they are the same thing, causing their minions to post ill-conceived threads in political forums to cause other poorly informed folks like themselves to buy into it.

I agree. The bakers aren't refusing to serve a person; they're refusing to make a product and would serve that person other products that they are comfortable making.

The restaurant owner is refusing to serve a person anything. Again, I support their right to do so because I'm not a fascist. The restaurant owner, though... Bad look.

It is worse. And it is pretty much 100% on Trump. He has done absolutely NOTHING since the beginning of his run for president to be conciliatory. He has done the exact opposite, to the glee of the Trumpers; and then they complain about the divisiveness. SMDH

Well, elections do have consequences, you know.

it's not a secret that most people shift to the right financially when they start making decent money. Most of my peers have and they were liberal in college. I'm 30 so these are the next politicians. Socially, I'd say most lean very slightly to the left but only a few are extreme to the right or left while more seemed to have been further left in college.

As far as history and time and all that jazz, I suppose socially it shifts left but that's kind of an unfair assessment as it implies the right is socially incorrect. Without doing extensive research from the toilet, I think its safe to assume that both sides have been champions of inappropriate stances by today's standards.
That happens when you grow up and realize the .gov only wants to steal your hard earned money and throw it down some dank dark bottomless hole.

So the leader of the free world — well at least until he effectively gave that title to Merkel—apparently thinks his time is well spent tweeting about a small private business in Lexington Virginia.

What exactly is free about Germany? Most of what we say on VN would get you locked up over there.

Apparently, when that liberal small business refuses someone in his administration service after liberals have been trying to force conservative businesses to make products they don't want to make.

It seems a tweet-worthy subject to anyone without an ax to grind.

Your post was akin to saying that America had better things to do than go to war with Japan based merely on Japanese flight schedules. Vague to the point of disingenuous.

So are you now the 'time-blocking' police for the president?

LOL, he's under y'all's skin so much, got y'all all pent-up :eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol:

The gift of President Trump has been the ability to expose the lefty-liberals and Democrats for what they really are.

He's also exposing the righties for what they are as well. I saw something the other day that is still in my mind when an article said that Trump is not helping the GOP agenda. When I read that I threw a mental high five. That is EXACTLY what we need in this country. I'll be interested to see who doesn't agree with that. Even our sociofascists on here should agree. Probably won't though, because they are educated and enlightened so they know what's best.
