If you believe what one person says, that in now way means you have to believe what the next person says. The logical extension of that would be that you have to either believe everyone or no one. Both of those would be beyond foolish.

You insinuated in your first post that the reason young adults and the elderly lean liberal is because they are "most likely to need someone else's stuff." (Attributing selfish motives for their political beliefs.) You seem to be completely discounting the possibility that they reached their liberal views for "reasons other than your attributions."

In my second post I stated that when a person is completely self sufficient it is easy to become selfishly myopic. (Attributing selfish motives for their political beliefs)

In your second post you say (directed at me) "It's a close minded bigot that calls opposition selfish as a blanket statement just for political disagreements."

You went on to say "Some people may hold their conservative fiscal views for reasons other than your attributions. Stop making yourself look so poorly."

Which is exactly what you failed to do in your first post.

I know we get caught in these endless loops, so feel free to respond, but I'm going to do my best to drop it.

Everybody should judge for themselves, but a headline calling it "fake news" is completely stupid. IMO, Trump went overboard with the impression compared to the mockery in the past and he even prefaced it with "you gotta see this guy". Either way he's acting like a jackass, and if you act like a jackass towards the handicapped, don't be surprised if people misunderstand you.

I'm not sure what is so hard about this that people can't understand. Even if he didn't mock the disabled reporter (which he absolutely did), he looks like a damn fool.
