'24 SC WR Braylon Staley (Tennessee)

For those who like to decipher Twitter likes meanings, Staley is liking a lot of USCe stuff. Most from current in-state guys committed to USCe telling him to flip.

Lol. Twitter is a pointless tool to use to decipher recruits. This guy is not going to the Lamecocks. He just watched them get dismantled by us and watched their offense look like slop live and in person. He ain’t going anywhere.

With a QB that is supposed to be awesome.

He is a douchebag, princess. Kid grew up outside of Cola. Personally, I wouldnt let my child anywhere near that Oompa Loompa. But im sure there is some weird draw, SC is the most bass ackwards state in the Union.

From a poster on the USCjr on3 site:
"Update: He was at the game last night on an official with Tennessee. He was talking with my daughter during the game. Was supposed to meet with Stepp after the game but that didn’t happen. Supposed to be on a visit for the Florida game. Not sure what last nights game may have done."

Interesting that he posted about the offer to Staley on the 27th. So, probably his daughter really is in this kid's DMs. Anyway, this guy seems to be a source of much of the optimism from their on3 board. That's not to say it's the source of the optimism from their mods.

tennessee needs 4-5 receivers...agree with BH. Need to cast a larger net. No reason we shouldnt get our pick of litter at WR

You have no idea how large the net is that the coaching staff has cast for WR's, so claiming that they need to cast a larger net is ridiculous.
Just basing this off of Hubbs' comments. He would know more than I.

He says that but also admits we only play 3-4 receivers.

So how good is your 9th or 10th receiver really gonna be if they know going in they’re not gonna play? The highest rated guys aren’t signing up for that. Which is fine but also I think Hubbs thinking is from 20 years ago. Heup does his own thing.

Hubbs and all those dudes have some good info but damn they are annoying. They say stuff like “well they need to do this” like they know lol. If they have all this information about how a program “should” be run, why aren’t they head coaches?

That is why they call them talking heads.

They take what they see, look around the room , an analyze it. Most never played a down of football past HS. Eric Cain may be the only guy.

Agreed we may never have 10 ready to go guys. But certainly will have some shoes to fill.

I think we need 4 HS guys, and a transfer. (Ideally 3 HS and 2 transfer), but transfers are tough to land.

Idk how many we need but my issue is with their delivery, not the numbers. I saw BH in your post and I saw my opening. I’ve been ranting about these podcasts since this AM
