The AD at Texas, Chris Del Conte, was his AD at TCU, too.Supposedly, according to an Aggie fan Schloss was fed up with the A&M AD. He had fired some of Schloss’s staff without his knowledge AND not staying true to his promises with their stadium renovations. If that’s true I can kinda understand wanting to leave but the timing is crappy and he also apparently didn’t I for his players he was leaving either. They had to find out from social media like the rest of us. Brutal.

Well, I called it out yesterday when everyone trashed the reporter at Omaha (an A&M beat writer) asking the question that everyone in Aggieland wanted to be resolved......and Schloss did not put it to rest. Oh, he scolded the guy but didn't say "Im not leaving". So no shock to me. But boy they are all torn up in Bryan/College Sta. And I don't blame them. It would seem Schloss and Texas had an agreement BEFORE the final CWS game. That would upset any fanbase.Biggest liar in college baseball …
And lets not forget who the A&M AD is......good ole loyal Trev Alberts. Served him right to get housed by Schloss to be honest.Supposedly, according to an Aggie fan Schloss was fed up with the A&M AD. Oh I agree 100 percent. The guy doesn’t have a lick of honor or manhood in his body, regardless if the AD friction is true or not. To not tell your own team ahead of time, barely back from Omaha and still reeling from a hard fought, runner up finish, is unforgivable.
Throw on top of that his little pity party, holier than thou interview last night. Don’t blame A&M for being livid at the guy, cultists or not.
Kent had an incredible postseason batting average. Went from a BA of .280 to .330. Everyone wants to talk about A&M missing B. Montgomery, but his absence gave way to Kent who hit better than him during the postseason.I’d take anyone but Kent. ESPN ruined whatever good I could have mustered for the kid.
No family shots or backgrounds for the rest of their team, it was “All Kent, All The Time”. Don’t want that clown show in Knoxville.
My money is on they had a deal in place ahead of or early on in the CWS. Worst kept secret in college baseball was Texas moving on from Pierce for what seems likes months now.Well, I called it out yesterday when everyone trashed the reporter at Omaha (an A&M beat writer) asking the question that everyone in Aggieland wanted to be resolved......and Schloss did not put it to rest.
