The trucking industry has a huge target on its back right now. Once a verdict goes over $1M, the average verdict from accidents involving trucking companies in 2010 was about $2.3M. The average verdict for claims over $1M in 2018? $22.3M! Well, $22,288,000 but you get the idea. It’s out of control.
