SEC STANDINGS

Bama is not losing to FLA or TAM. But if they do fine, it doesn't make a huge amount of difference except the bye looks better. I still say the extra game (if we win it) might not be the worst thing in the world.
They could lose at TAM if Rogers comes back by then. I don't expect them to lose, but they still have to play down there so we'll see. Hopefully Rogers is not back against us she adds so much to their offense.

Honestly the difference in 4th and 5th seed isn't much. Would still play each other, then head to the killing floor for SC. Of course the extra game against a bottom feeder on Thursday is a big difference, but sometimes getting the first game jitters out, being familiar with the floor, etc can help. Tired legs could hurt if we made the finals but . . .

Can u people please stop with this worshipping of Sc, it’s worse than last year and it’s nauseating.

My reality is often what I want it to be, just like what i said would happen last year, u all said Sc was unbeatable and I said LSU would win it all in January.
Your reality sounds like a far better place. Enjoy!

I actually don't think SC is unbeatable. I think they will lose eventually to a really clever coach who out x and os Dawn once again. I just don't think it will be in the SEC.

I'm starting to think the natty this year will go to a non blue blood. One of the upstart western teams or someone like Ohio St. That would be fine with me. Anyone except So Car, LSU, or Iowa.

I’ve watched them twice and that’s against LSU and us, I’ve seen what I need to see and they will lose and I wasn’t impressed. LSU could win it all again but I’m with u on Sc and Iowa.

We decided to root for Utah to win it all, which is admittedly a long shot, but I read a really nice article on Alissa Pilinso and it endeared them to me. South Carolina winning it all would probably just fill me with even more angst about our poor team.

Haven't been to the SEC tourney since it's been in Greeneville. Someone who's been help me out with ticket info please.

I know the Thurs and Fri afternoon sessions are pretty small crowds. How strict are they about sitting in your assigned seat? Able to freely move down to a better? Best to wait and buy tickets when we get there? I don't want to pay freakin ticket master prices for primo seats in a 2/3 empty arena.

Glv, thur and Fri games there won’t be any strict Nazi seat watchers. Not the case for Sat and Sun games obviously, but as far as prices for entry, you can buy tickets outside prior to games, but the prices online are set by demand and this tourney is experiencing great demand, so you have to decide on your own how to approach that.

Well we are guaranteed 4th! Could be tied for 3rd with win plus Ole Miss loss.

Honestly a great place to be for how this season has been!

I still think we can be an elite 8 team and definitely compete for an SEC championship

How is UT guaranteed fourth?

So after LSU lost by 27 to SC, you then predicted that LSU would win it all instead of SC? Sounds reasonable.

If the shoe was on the other foot I can't imagine not pulling for the LV's. I remember being a fan of Pat's teams during the glory years. SEC pride goes a long way for us after living through years of tobacco road's rule and then wandering aimlessly as an independent.

UT isn't winning at SC. Can I smoke or ingest what anyone that believes that please. And I don't think many are more hardcore than myself.

Minimum expectations was set at 3rd place. Now we are talking 4th place as an accomplishment. Reasonable left weeks ago.
For how this season went yes! Tbh most thought we’d be middle bottom including you.

SEC is still undervalued nationally this year. Mostly bc LSU and company didn’t go out and play anyone. (Only us and USC) ((Even tho we tied the ACC In challenge and have 3rd highest NET)) (((We are now 2nd in Massey (first in defense and 3rd in offense as a conference)))

With all thing considered esp injuries I think we’ve done really well and are trending the right direction for postseason.

Adjusting minimum expectations? Postseason is S16 as minimum…does that get adjusted too?
