Dang! Ole Kristy Curry gettin it done! Does a Bama win crank up our numbers a little bit?

It doesn’t hurt them at least! That’s honestly our best win on the season. Maybe the LSU game, Bama has played well though. They have lost a lot of close games this season, now they’re winning them.

They could be a real spoiler in the SEC tournament. They are looking a lot like Arkansas did this time last season.

We win against auburn and we’ll be 6th. LSU and Arkansas play each other on Sunday...all of us are 9-6 so with one of them losing and us taking care of business we’ll move ahead of them. C’mon gals and beat Auburn!

No no. UT, Arkansas and LSU are all 9-6 right now. If UT beats Auburn, we will be 10-6. Whoever loses in the Arkansas/LSU game on Sunday will be 9-7 so we’ll move ahead of them...no tie breakers needed. This means we’ll actually be tied for 5th (both would be 10-6) with whoever wins but would lose the tiebreaker with both so we would end up being 6th.

If Tennessee loses on Sunday, I think they would have to win 2 games in the conference tourney to have a shot at the NCAA tourney. My gut feeling is they will lose at Auburn. I just do not think we have the offense and it seems like we are slipping on defense. Talent and potential are nice, but it is time to put up or shut up.

Totally disappointed in the defense last night don't mean we can't come up with an effort Sunday, but will we. I don't know what happened to this team haven't been much since Davis got the flu and she hasn't looked near the energetic player she was for forty minutes before she became ill. Their inability to get out on the three point shooters of Ole Miss and prevent or at least change those shots was hard to watch. Auburn has two or three three point shooters as well and a post player much better than anyone we have. Thought we would be ramping it up by now looks to me like the energy is going in the other direction no confidence we can win Sunday.

If I was drawing up a game plan for Auburn I would try to pressure them really hard. They had a 14 point lead on Miss St until State ramped up the pressure forced them into mistake after mistake got the game to overtime and won.

The thing that AU did that kept them in that game was their PG was very aggressive and was successful in drawing fouls on drives to the basket. She was getting to the FT line with ease. She fouled out MSST's starting backcourt.

Massengill and Horston will need to be ready for her.

It might be but if they can't pressure Auburn into some turnovers going to lose. Miss St was losing badly until they brought the pressure. We may not be able to and if not I expect a loss. For this game I am as pessimistic as you expect to lose not looking that great right now and Auburn has their team playing at a high level.

In the fourth quarter Miss St forced them into something like 10 turnovers if they could've got the ball into the front court they would've won the game. Early they were hitting the three on Miss St as well hit 9 for the game. Since we couldn't guard Ole Miss probably definitely can't guard them. I'm not really confident we'll win.

LSU could grab a top four seed if they beat Arkansas. They have the tiebreaker over A&M, Tennessee, Arkansas by winning. If they lose to Arkansas they could go all the way to seventh last week really a lot to be determined.

We absolutely have the players to solidly beat Auburn. For folks who think we went into a late season swoon we played 4 ranked teams and 2 of those were top 10. It would have been great to get an upset but we didn’t. We were close on a couple though. We have played IMO at about 50% of our potential for this year. A few outstanding quarters but nowhere near a complete game. If we put together two good quarters and two decent quarters, ie staying away from that one bad quarter, I think we beat Auburn. The question is how much mental discipline, especially the young players, do we have left. They will need to dig deep and focus.

81 and 24 Bama upsets A&M and Missouri was a bad pick to beat Auburn even if they were at home. The others were wins if some were closer than expected. Final weekend a lot to be decided and hopefully Tennessee wins that is what is most important to most of us.

Tennessee at Auburn I would like to have a lot of confidence in the team however they keep giving a lot or reasons to be suspect of them and their chances especially on the road. If they were ever going to get it together and bring it with all they got now is the time to make that happen. Going to take some work to beat Auburn a much improved team that is really playing at a high level. I will pick Tennessee we should win let us see if we actually get it done. Tennessee 75 Auburn 68

Florida at Georgia decides who is ninth and tenth more than likely. Both have been playing well I'll take Georgia at home 77 to 72

Missouri at Alabama Bama is on a roll will be the eight seed if they win which is a bad place to be but somebody has to be there. Bama 72 Missouri 65

LSU at Arkansas Arkansas and LSU both going for their tenth win. An LSU win could propel them all the way to a bye until the semifinals and a loss makes them as low as seventh depending on what Tennessee does. A Tennessee win they are seventh if they lose and sixth if they lose and Tennessee loses. Arkansas 72 LSU 64 as they can't slow Arkansas down enough.

Kentucky at Vanderbilt Kentucky on the road will be a bye team until the semifinals with a win. I don't see Vanderbilt stopping them Kentucky 78 Vanderbilt 65

Mississippi State at Ole Miss I think I can get this one right and Ole Miss will go 0 and 16 in the regular season. MIss St 80 Ole Miss 50

Texas A&M at South Carolina Texas A&M lost at home to Bama so logic says they definitely lose on the road at South Carolina. They have the win over Arkansas so they are hoping that Arkansas can beat LSU and put them in the fourth spot. If LSU wins then A&M will be fifth with LSU taking the fourth spot.

Games on the schedule that we could not control like Arkansas Pine Bluff, Tennessee State, Air Force and a couple others have put us in a bad position as far as advancing to the NCAA. We have to make it there by winning and it starts Sunday. We'll still have a shot if we lose Sunday but that would mean at least two wins in the tourney would definitely be necessary.
