I think you're correct, but the agenda as you call it is pointing out the hypocrisy of a woman who believes things should be shut down for the plebes but not the aristocracy and those virtue signaling about mask wearing in public but not practicing it in their personal lives. Hypocrisy is the agenda, that and being denied the means to make a living.
