I am a CRB fan and have never advocated for any UT coach to be fired, as I don't have the information that DW has, so how can I even make a statement about the topic.I’m not dealing with something like that. It is obvious that a team can lose because they play the game. That is a point you make that is obvious as gravity so that you can avoid what has been pointed out. What I’m saying is there’s no reason that should’ve happened and neither should have the blowout at Florida happened.
As not here explain previously,, there are people associated with the University of Tennessee, who in their time here absolutely refused that kind of an attitude which you hold.
You guys can keep on thinking it’s OK to get beat by 30 and then lose to a huge rival after being number one in the country for five weeks. It’s not going to make me change my mind and so, keep on doing your stuff.
You can’t argue about me wanting Rick Barnes to be fired because I don’t and you can go back and look at posts from even before this year and see that.
So keep on coming up with the same stuff over and over, then switch to something like you just did which everybody obviously knows can happen and which totally avoids what I’ve been saying. I did the same thing last year and the group like you did the same thing. I love it when the Tennessee volunteers win and become champions. That is the difference between us. I will not change.
It would be interesting to have observed a situation where you held that attitude with Pat Summit or John Ward. I think Charlles Davis gave us a little idea about what John Ward thought about that attitude and I guarantee you there’s a lot of people who have no love for the Tennessee Vols that know what Pat Summit would’ve thought about it, or JJ McCluskey, or a lot of others around the walls over the years.
Nor have I said it was OK to lose by 30, but I do understand it happens. Matter of fact, it has happened in the NCAA championship game. Pat got blown out and few times by UConn and John Ward as great as he was, is a radio guy not a coach or player.
I now understand you are one of those who think we should upset better teams but should never get upset ourselves. I wish I could live in your fantasy world, but reality means to much to me.
I see you can't come up with a team that has never been upset in their history. It isn't OK but it does happen from time to time. Based off your point of view, we should have never beaten Miami in the Sugar Bowl. We should have never beat Bama in 2022.
Should we upset better teams? I'll wait.......
