Soooo.....
Several of the Tennessee coaching staff were sitting in the commons area....

Discussing recruits...

At the new Haslam Business Center..

Because the multi-million dollar ultra-private football complex were somehow less adequate or convenient?

You're trying to sell it, but unfortunately, I'm not buying it.

B.S. And Bama sucks.

Who asked you to buy....he was stating what he saw. Yes, it could happen that way....you know walking around campus and find a nice place to sit. Whatever.

If you think the coaches only spend time at the athletic facilities, you need to look in the mirror before you call something B.S.

Plus...wasn't Monte in Chattanooga today? I realize he can go by plane and be back in 25 minutes.

I was in knoxville this evening, and there they were Lane and Monte over there by that big tree, close to that rock that the creek runs by and I got close enough to hear Lane tell Monte that by spring there won't be a returning player left on this team that he's going to run them all off.

caskew, im not calling this BS, nor am i saying youre a liar. i am just highly skeptical that monte and co. would be hanging around the haslem building discussing recruiting matters that they have clearly been keeping secret up to this point. furthermore, i walk around campus and through the haslem building quite often (i am also a student) and i never see any coaches except when theyre making an appearance in the UC or something. i hope youre right, though, bc stealing a top tier qb from another school would be HUGE at this point.

I believe it was stated that a qb was coming and they needed to get him. No reference of "stealing" one. First warm day in a month and if there were benches available and sunshine it is definitely a place you will find us elders. Quite a plausable post but not in concrete.

Listen....I was as surprised to see them as the next guy, but I am not lying. Did you guys ever think that maybe...JUST MAYBE....they were there waiting on a group of guys to take a TOUR of the the brand new state-of-the-art building??? Again...these guys are here for their education first and to play football second. All of you should stop by and take a look at it...it's very impressive. I know there's not another academic building on campus that I would rather show a prospect than HBB. They were there. I don't care if anyone believes me.

I know Bama blows....you should take a closer look at the pic before declaring me a Bama fan.

Yes, I'm trying my hardest to sell it because I gain SO MUCH personally from having you believe me. Give me a break.

you just get used to it after a while...you learn the things not to say and how not to say them. If this happened to you today then I wouldn't give a $#!t what some tard thinks. Tips: use the spell checker; don't suggest black unis; when stating an opinion make sure everyone knows it's an opinion; teers_r_leet is a UF fan; and always give source/link when posting info.

Dude! Why do you have a class scheduled so late on a Friday?

True story:

I had a chemistry lab that didn't get out until 6:00 on Fridays back in 1991. One day November of 1991, I was leaving that chemistry lab kind of early when I walked into the dorm and heard all of the buzz about Magic Johnson having HIV... :eek:hmy:

I don't really think anyone has any hope or faith for our existing QBs, nor do I believe they should be judged so harshly because of their performance last season. As some players have already proclaimed...Clawson's system was somewhat complicated...maybe they will be able to get into their "groove" with Kiffin's system; much like Ainge did when Cutcliffe came back to town. But if a solid QB prospect is willing to visit why not go after him?

I believe Coleman will do good.
