He is claiming he saw them one Friday afternoon. He did not say they go there frequently...I actually believe him, why should he lie about it? Of course, I tend to believe in people until they prove otherwise.

Yeah, apparently in my first post I said that the whole coaching staff meets in Haslam Business Building every day and that McCarron is definitely the QB they were talking about. :crazy:

I can't believe this thread is still running.

Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't. Maybe McCarron isn't in Knoxville, maybe he is really is there. Maybe it's McCarron or maybe it is another QB. Official visit, unofficial visit. It all makes my head spin. Ultimately, no one can prove one way or the other.

I am sure we will find out later.

It's possible I guess, but Reaves was the one talking at the time and he's the QB coach. But, you're right, he could have said CB.....it's not like I was standing right next to them when he said it; I was walking a good 7-8ft away. I don't think there was a CB on the visit list either though.....

But I do know for a fact he didn't say RB.

Very possible....did you guys see where Tajh Boyd has a press conference scheduled for Monday? Wouldn't it be funny if he has Clemson, Oregon, and Ohio State hats on the table and then pulls a Tennessee hat out from under the table at the last second? Haha...that would be great!

Yeah, I've mainly been a poster on govolsxtra...but I've been spending a lot more time on here lately. Seems like the news gets here more quickly than some of the media outlets.
