And the final collapse of the (western) Roman Empire in the fifth Century? They lost control of their borders and were basically taken over by non Citizen Goths who had been allowed to filter in and settle without becoming Romans. Gee, why does that sound familiar?
You want to nitpick. But if it helps, your chronology of the collapse is accurate. I'm saying the rot of gender switching and intra-sex was a big part of gnawing away at the foundation of Rome. That eventually accumulated and eventually brought them down. Empires like the ancient cedars of Lebanon, and Redwoods, don't just suddenly fall. It takes a lot of hewing and sawing to bring them down. That's what social decay did to Rome and it's happening to us. Now, if that's not enough for you, continue, by all means. Trying to reason with the unreasonable is a futile endeavor. And Homie just doesn't play dat.
