So what's next?

Win out and have a new years day bowl. Still a miracle year. Hookers's Heisman chances have dwindled though.

How far do we fall after this complete meltdown in all phases of the game, especially coaching? We are outmatched and the talent gap is wide, but we were absolutely unprepared.
I am hoping the coaching staff realizes that you still have to stick to whatever has been working all year. That first half was extremely off from a pace and playcalling standpoint.

House money. We beat one of the best because everything went our way and we lost to another because we got ranked number 1 and they got up for us and then almost everything went wrong. We don't suck, we will recover and win out. I'm as disappointed as anybody else, but it is what it is.

Probably no further than the 5-8 range. And if they win out the next 3 games, it’s a Sugar or Orange Bowl appearance (unless the SEC somehow just gets absolutely no teams in the playoff).

I don't disagree with you but from an execution standpoint the shooting ourselves in the foot has something to do with play calling

We were definitely way off our game today. It did feel like we have become so reliant on the deep ball that we didn’t know what to do when it wasn’t there.

Not guaranteed by any means.

Sugar Bowl is contractually the highest ranked SEC team remaining after the CFP selections.

If Tennessee wins out, at 11-1, there’s not going to be anyone else in the conference ranked higher.

(Unless somehow, someone like 10-2 Ole Miss or LSU wins the SEC Championship Game, in which case, it’d be the Orange Bowl - who’s contractually obligated to take the highest remaining team among the SEC and Big Ten combined.)
