So what's next?

How far do we fall after this complete meltdown in all phases of the game, especially coaching? We are outmatched and the talent gap is wide, but we were absolutely unprepared.

Seriously no idea how it shakes out.

I know that Bama LSU game gets a lot more interesting.

I would just as soon see Bama get knocked out of any CFP discussion tonight.

We are going to win out. Idiocy here amazes me.
If you're implying that my post is idiocy, then you are wrong. We've been down so long that now you can't make a post about anything without being labeled a negavol. I'm definitely optimistic in this team still and am over the moon about our year. Nobody seen an 11-1 season.

Your post both stupid and sophomoric. We are going to win out and you're ignorance won't get in the way of that. It's been a long time since we've been 11-1 and that's what will be. BEAT MISSOURI!!! GO VOLUNTEERS!!!

We were definitely way off our game today. It did feel like we have become so reliant on the deep ball that we didn’t know what to do when it wasn’t there.

My only contention was that we waited to look to attack the middle of the field. I thought we had a couple of missed opportunities there

No I think the execution was bad. 8 pre snap penalties and a secondary that has had issues all year.

Also as the game went on, Georgia was pretty much able to get near constant pressure mostly from the defensive line on its own.

I’d say somewhere between 6 & 8 in CFB Playoff rank a lot depends on Bama - LSU tonight

The only toolbag is you assuming what my post is about. How about you read the full thread and see what else i post before spewing nonsense?

I am far from a fair weather fan. They didn't play up to the level they are capable of and if you don't agree with that, you really are a "toolbag"....

The fact we are 8-1 should be celebrated with OMG we are 8-1 and could have easily been 5-4 or 6-3. But its clear if you step back and forget the #1 ranking and the loss today. Recruit better players on the defensive side. We need stud horses not lame donkeys.

Gotta get better at recruiting. I haven’t seen anything yet to get overly hyped about. You want to compete with Alabama and Georgia. It starts there.

Well no **** Sherlock. I know we will win out. I am simply making conversation about what was seen on the field today and where we go from there in the rankings. Of all the posts that has been made in the last several years and you choose this to call stupid?

Obviously some of you guys have misinterpreted my post. 🙄

Sugar Bowl at the very least
The Sugar Bowl is not a least. At all.
But the answer to the question is we go recruit. Georgia is now what Alabama was. And with all of those 5* @ the game today, that won't be changing anytime soon.
We still have to be the best team in the nation to win the Eastern Division. That won't be changing anytime either.
GoVols.
