Serious, what about one of many Atl HS RB coache, or HC as a hire.
They are developing many future elite RB.
It would help with that area for recruiting.
That is the way to develop better coach team interaction as well. Someone who is very good at identifying with HS RBs.
I think everyone has just gotten further and further in the hole with flashy hires. They cost more, and there is certainly a valid return on investment. However, there is also higher risk. The flashy hire also increases the odds of having personnel conflict. To many chiefs ... so to speak. Give me a coach that can relate to these players, and help them with the transition from HS. That is who is going to get these kids ready to be inspired by the game plan ... buy in.
RB coach is not required to be a flashy hire, they just need to do dat thang.
