I can't see them starting over Johnson or Lathers next year, but if King don't get it together, Crump may take his spot.

It does look like Probst is almost a lock to to start at MLB his final 2 years.

If I remember correctly (always a problem at my age), one of the big pluses for Probst last year was his high football IQ -- a must for MLB's. I look for Probst to be a very good player for us.

I do think both DT's are solid pick-ups, however, we need immediate help next year. I see both needing 1-2 years before they see the field. Are there any other DT's high on UT that could make an impact next year?

How can you say that then we've started a walk-on at DT? Once they get here, they're going straight into rotation.

Couch & King will commit in November.

I would agree. After these two, I don't think there are any that we can really count on as locks. I look for a couple of "where did THAT come from!" after the season, and hopefully Richardson and Clear on signing day. Not much space left and probably about two will decommit between now and NSD, Juda being the obvious one. They will become very selective now.
