Looks to me that she takes to many good pitches. You get that pitch down the middle need to be swinging.

I realize the batters only have a fraction of a second to determine whether to swing or not. So, I am thinking that if you got the plate covered and can hit all pitches, you only have to determine the speed. Anyway, the Lady Vol batters need to be hacking. I believe it's an attitude thing not a guessing game at the plate. Am I wrong?

She tore her ACL back in the summer. Had surgery and I am guessing redshirted this year.

It's on Espn + in theory if you can get it. On the rain out game the sad part was the ump had a good strike zone which is rare these days.

Had a brain freeze here should have said ESPN app. ESPN + is the separate service.

This team needs Phillips power but she can't continue to hit below .200. If she can get anywhere above .250 she will be huge for a team that just doesn't have enough homerun hitters. That shot she hit against Lipscomb was a monster.
