Hopefully this means the quality of movies will be better. They need to stop forcing all the overt PC multi-cultural nonsense on the fans and get back to focusing on the stories.
After TLJ, I want to wait for Episode IX to come on video. If I didn't have a kid that will beg me to take him that is exactly what I would do. Some of these movies aren't even Star Wars anymore.

I can understand story criticism like TFA was a reboot of ANH or not being happy with the direction of Lukes character in TLJ.
I cannot understand criticism over the cast being more diverse. The stories have ZERO to do with the characters gender or earthly cultures. Its not like they race swapped a previously established character or the story is all about Rey becoming the most powerful female in the galaxy.
If you leave the theater and that is your concern you probably have bigger issues.
Every major new Star Wars property except for one (Rebels): TFA, TLJ, RO, Solo, and Battlefront 2 has had a female lead as the main character or in Solo's case, second main character. I don't necessarily think slight diversification in the roles is bad but that doesn't strike you as even slightly agenda driven? Its obvious that there is an agenda with the new movies. What you think of it is another discussion.
The "agenda" is to make money and please shareholders. Trying to make your movies appeal to a broader demographic than just white males is the surest way to do that. There's no political motive here. Like with any business, the motivation is purely monetary.

Trending the wrong way. So much so that they have now halted production of all standalone movies and Kathleen Kennedy will likely be "stepping down".
I'm not sure I'd called all 3 of those being in the Top 10 all time domestic earners "trending the wrong way".
The halting of standalones is 100% because of Solo, and to chalk that all up to it just being punished because of the direction of the other 3 is to ignore several factors about what lead to it. Heck, from the beginning of this being announced and who was shown to be playing Solo there's been a cloud of "do not want" over it.

Yeah, that's working out well.

TLJ outperformed Rogue One. Despite the butthurt by a vocal minority of fans TLJ ended up in the top 10 box office.
There are myriad of factors why Solo underperformed. The very least of which is some perceived agenda by Disney to do anything other than broaden the audience.
My only complaint about Disneys stewardship of the franchise is lack of overall vision. Unlike Kevin Feige at Marvel who had an endgame in sight with Ifinity War, Kennedy just hired a bunch of directors and thought she could let them do their own thing and it would be magic. There was little to no cohesion as evidenced by Johnson jettisoning a lot of the little things Abrams introduced. Then you have all the director shake ups during filming the spinoffs.
Now they are confused and putting spinoffs on hold. But Feige didnt flinch when IM2 or Thor 2 underperformed. He saw what was coming and chugged along.
Lucasfilm lacks the vision right now.
Exactly. No one wanted this movie. No one was asking for a Han Solo origin film. Also, when Solo released it had only been 4-1/2 months since The Last Jedi had come out, which has been a highly divisive movie among fans. Disney should have waited until December to release Solo instead of releasing it so soon after TLJ, and up against Avengers on top of that. The failure of Solo had nothing to do with some political diversity agenda.
It had a little to do with their agenda whether one agrees with it or not, but Solos failure at the box office was primarily due to the other reasons you mentioned. I went in expecting mediocrity all the way around, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. So its disappointing that its come to this.
