If we had an AD capable of selling an igloo to a homeless Eskimo, we could have landed a better coach. Mike Hamilton has brainwashed the Dooleyites into thinking UT is some charity case. Awesome.

You are making a mistake if you think some of these guys are going to deal with you in the realm of facts and reason. They have predetermined that Dooley will fail and any "fact" they recognize will be conformed to support that conclusion. He has done nothing well and can do nothing well. They possess omniscience and K-N-O-W that Dooley will fail. Might was well prepare the buy out now.

I can gaurantee that of all people, Mike Hamilton has had zero impact on my thoughts or feelings toward DD or Tennessee.

I also haven't sit and pouted about the situation for months now like some of the others on here. :cray:

You have absolutely no clue. They went after big names... they said NO. What part of that don't you understand? I have said that DD was probably below #5 on MH's list... the one he and other AD's have begun to keep "just in case". That probably isn't true. DD probably wasn't even on the list until referred by Muschamp.

There is no brainwashing necessary to see that absolute, concrete REALITY of where the UT football program was in mid-January. It was... and may still be... a potential career killer for the guy who took the job... no matter who or how good that guy happened to be.

You have a roster almost devoid of experienced talent. You had a critical recruiting class with a very high probability of falling apart. Depth is terrible- down at least 10 scholarship players at this point. An impatient fanbase... both those who thought Kiffin was headed for championships and those who resent Fulmer being let go.

On top of that, you play in the SEC. You play UF and Bama every year and will be measured by whether you beat them or not.

I am truly sorry that you lack the ability to rub two thoughts together into a spark of reason... but there are very good reasons the best coaching prospects out there said "Thanks but no thanks".

Tell me.... since you are so worldly wise... what organization do you manage? How many people have you actually led in something more substantial than your frat's community service?

Just wondering... because if you are right then the executives for each and every Fortune 500 company need to be fired immediately. No need to worry about positive image... or positive leadership... or a positive workplace attitude. They must be the wrong people to run those companies if everything didn't just get fixed when they were hired.

I've told you before what I do and my company has plenty of positive attitudes. It stems from hiring quality people and keeping a nice benefit for solid work.

Helps weed out the trash and everyone is happy.

Now go look for the toaster some more.

If you are still reading... that isn't what I asked.

I asked what you have led... not where you work.

Someone is making decisions in that organization and if it is successful you can be sure that they understand the value of a positive image and environment. You can be sure that it didn't just "happen" that they select people with certain qualities. You can be even MORE certain that someone... with some age and experience... has run the calculations of what "positive" return that organization gets for whatever the employees cost.

We dont need to let the negative voices take over our boards. Its gotten to where everytime you get on here,its always an argument.Post something good about our program,and here they come to try and tare it down.

Its realy getting old.

I don't have to act like anything. People can easily compare what I've reasoned and said to what you have said. They can decide for themselves. You may well be more intelligent than I am. I hope you are... maybe you will gain experience faster than I did. But your posts indicate a young, relatively inexperienced guy who thinks they've got a stronger handle on the way the world is... and their place in it.. than they actually do.
