OP's theory sounds plausible. Sad part is he has wasted so many hours of his life on this board (like the rest of us), figuring this out. Where's Edward Snowden when you need him?
If the UTAD has wasted money employing that bunch of knuckleheads then we have bigger problems than our OLine:)

Happily, the OP is on my ignore list. And based on your post and others, it was for damn good reason.

Every program has problems. Thankfully, we have geniuses who can quickly diagnose and cure our many woes. Aren't we lucky?

I confess. When Hamilton's "retirement" was finally announced, I hounded Joan Cronan to take the consolidated job of AD. I hounded UT's administration to strong arm Joan into taking the job. Joan Cronan is a treasure. Only Joan could lift UT up from the devastation of Hurricane Hamilton. Only Joan could elevate UT sports to exemplify what all collegiate sports should be.

To my crushing disappointment, Joan only agreed to be on the search committee. UT sports will always have some taint to it without Joan as absolute Tsar.

YES! I filled sports message boards, email inboxes, and op ed intakes. I went international. I was berzerk in my quest.

I've never changed my user name. I am as I was, Tin Man. Joan Cronan groupie. I have no shame.
