South Carolina versus Auburn

Where's Dan Beebe when you need him?

All joking aside:

-I HATE AUBURN
-This also doesn't change the fact Tyler Wilson will rip AU's D to shreds next week
-Auburn is still going 6-6

But what bout SC?

If that was UT playing them, you can darn well guarantee that the time would be left on the clock after review to let them kick it.

That's ridiculous. Refs just got a money handshake from AU boosters. Definitely 2 seconds on the clock when his knee was down.

There probably should have been one second left on the clock, but overall that was bad clock management in the final minute by Garcia and Spurrier.

Karma. Get ready Auburn, it's going to pay a visit soon.

Honestly, I just don't see a way Auburn's defense doesn't get completely shredded this week and the three weeks following with Arkansas (Wilson isn't great, but has Auburn shown any signs of stopping anything?), Florida (Rainey + Demps are going to go all NCAA Football series-style on the Tigers), and LSU. Even LSU should be able to put up a good amount on Auburn and win comfortably, mostly thanks to their defense.

I think you overestimated that two and two star offensive line.

I will never understand college football rules. They "further review" virtually every questionable play but when the game is on the line and it defaults back to the "human element". Wtf?

Yeah, they should have used the timeout on 4th down, and if they still convert, spike the ball on 1st and 10.

I didn't expect Garcia to go full retard and give AU the game or the refs to refuse to review the final play.

There is no way they could have got fg unit on the field- clock would have started when official placed ball - it was over either way

I feel better about the SC/UT game though. Anybody can beat SC with Garcia at the helm.

True. However, didn't Tennessee lose the Music City Bowl because refs decided to review time on the clock in the same situation? Don't remember "human error" coming up there.
