We were much better than SC last year and we all saw how that worked out.I think SC is a slightly better team than us right now. They certainly have the better QB. With that being said, I think we beat them. Our guys are going to be extra motivated, we’re playing under the lights, dark mode will be making an appearance… the Neyland Effect along with our guys playing extra motivated will be enough to get the job done in a close one.
Hell no. Why? What coach worth a damn would come here after firing a guy that finished in the top ten the year before ? Our last real contender was 2001 until Josh arrived. With the new playoff format on the horizon, why change? Heupel is a good coach.I agree with everything you just said. I believe we beat the gamecocks. My point was if we don't. I like coach Heupel. Say we lose. Maybe come in 4th in the sec east. Should we discuss changing coaching
No bc you acted offended when I pointed out that CJH won 11 games and ended a year ago ranked in the top ten. Then a few minutes later you said I didn't answer your question. You make no sense. So just to be clear, there is no record that ends with CJH on the hot seat. You would be a moron to think so. No follow up by you neededYou believe I am manic depressive for asking a qualified question
I was under the impression from many posters here that we have terrible fans who are the cause of each and every loss. How do we have a home field advantage if that’s remotely true?True. Home field advantage under the lights can make all the difference in the world. Granted, we had some locker room drama that also came into play, but the point stands.

Wouldn’t we be better served putting tons of pressure on Rattler given the state of their line vs ours?Rattler versus our secondary (or lack of a secondary I should say) will equal big chuck plays for USC.
Banks will attempt to make them put together long drives with his “bend but don’t break” defense. Not sue if it will work or not.
If UT wins the turnover battle plus 2 and playing at home . . . UT should win.
But that’s the only way they win.
Rattler will carve up our secondary.
