Southern Miss to receive notice of allegations next week

I don't think he's misunderstood, I just hate the way people on here are treating him.
Shoe has dropped.
In case you haven't read it:

One segment of the report says that a former USM assistant admitted that Tyndall paid for two student-athletes' year of residence using cash and prepaid cards from the head coach's own personal funds.

It also alleges that Tyndall tried to cover that up by speaking with the student-athletes during the course of the investigation using burner phones as well as a cell phone maintained in his mother's name.

The NCAA alleges that Tyndall told the student-athletes to stick to their story that they had paid for their own years of residence.

The academic misconduct allegations involve Tyndall and his staff arranging "fraudulent academic credit" through online coursework for seven prospective players.

The NCAA also alleges that Tyndall paid for the online courses for one prospective student-athlete.

And all along he was telling you and SD, we didn't do anything against the rules that I can think of.
And u still respect him?

I can buy A lot of that but I can't buy that he paid he for their year of residence. 2 out state kids must have had a tab of 60-75k.

A man making 300k(?$)isn't paying that out of his own pocket. I call that bs

He actually flipped at the last minute. That's why it all came crashing down

That was the last second change from hart

Oh,no...metadata, hand writing experts to prove who wrote what and for what students, burner phone purchases, receipts for prepaid cards, deleted e-mails from Morehead and USM, shoot they have more evidence in this case than any Law and Order episode I've seen.

AND That is what makes this different than the UNC's of the world, CDT has his metaphorical finger prints all over it.

I respect him because not many coaches would stay after games to meet with fans, and he gave us a good record and left us with two or three good leaders.

Plenty of coaches meet with fans after games, and plenty of coaches can give their team a .500 record.

Again, you like the guy, we get it, but come on. Open your eyes.

Stop Dallas. About every couple months you take a stance that embarrases you to no end because you don't know when to back down and admit you're misguided, wrong, or just plain silly. This is one of those times.

Not UK. Not Louisville. Not duke. I've seen them all play, none of them do. I like the guy yeah, he's probably guilty, but I'm not gonna say what's been said about him.

Pretty sure Pearl and Martin (I know Pearl for a fact) stayed after games because they did the live postgame radio show from inside Thompson Bowling. I know Pearl would do meet and greets with the fans during the time between the game and the show. I'm assuming Cuonzo did too.

Who said it was out of his own pocket?

I will find that for you but here is something to chew on...

Moreover, Former MBB HC and the men's basketball staff took efforts to
conceal their violations, including traveling to the locales
of student-athletes in an attempt to mask IP address
information and by using recruiting trips to hide their travel
where academic misconduct was carried out.

Well, uh...they had to make it look like the kids did the work, they could not sit in Hattiesburg so they went to where the kids lived under the guise of recruiting and did the on line classes from an IP address where the kids lived I guess.

So the(coaches) did this when they were still at usm??

If so good lord I am having a harder time believing it all. There isn't enough time for a college coach to do that if they aren't under suspension which they weren't at the time

Lol. The person who I won't say names, is the assistant coach at some certain place.
Don't think the reaction here would have been as bad if a certain poster who was last seen high tailin it for Alaska, hadn't made it such an issue.

Um...yeah you pretty much are. And I don't even know what you're trying to prove by telling us something someone whom none of us even know is real said.
