As an elementary School Child in December 1972, I stayed up late on a school night to watch the launch of the last Lunar bound Saturn V (Apollo 17). Don’t remember watching the last Saturn V for Skylab a few months later. Since then, I have waited decade after decade for something equivalent. Never dreamed I would have to wait 50 years. (SLS doesn’t count for me). And this beast is twice as powerful as the fabled Saturn V. Needless to say, it’s past time for the human race to go big again as far as space is concerned
