Josh and Will are OK but the rest are complete crap on Sports Animal. The only thing worse than the hosts are the dip sh!t callers. Somebody said it earlier in the thread but it's the same clowns EVERY day. Probably not too P.C. but listening to Roger call in makes me want to eat a bullet.

I quit listening to the local sports talks shows after the Ala game. They became unbearable then. I can imagine what those EEEEEEEEEEDIOT caller are like now! The hosts are bad enough....the callers make my ears bleed

Don't hate on Roger. I admire the way they treat him like everyone else. Probably the highlight of that dude's day.

TSR FOR ME.I listen to ainge every day and podcast treece and sometimes swain.Dont care for rucker.Why is basilio not on their podcast.Is there any way to hear his show later in the day.Always working during his show

TSR - Ainge always, Tony B and Swain some. Still listen some to Josh/Will at SA. The rest of them at SA can go pound sand, especially Doc/Jeff/Heather. They are an embarassment to Knoxville and sports radio in general.

It's called sports TALK radio for a reason. No one is hating on Roger, but he should email his questions in.

I knew a guy where I worked, very smart, made tons of money, and stutters as bad as Roger. For all we know Roger is just a big time Tennessee Fan...So I won't say that calling in to Sports Talk is his highlight or that he's potentially special needs. I consider Roger just another daily caller that rambles. No special treatment needed.

I turned on sports animals this morning juat to see how they were reacting...Sounded like a funeral was taking place...Doc Jeff and Heather are all major Doolites and if you call and say anything bad about him boy do they go on the offensive...I listened to about 3 minutes of that crap and switched to the Erik Ainge show.

This is exactly why you cannot let him on the air. Guarantee 80% of the listeners change the channel during his calls. I know I do.

The morning crew literally only talks for five minutes and then has ten minutes of chitty commercial in which they sit and flub up my damn boom box. I hate their oppinions and I hate their finacial backers even more. I refuse to buy or visit any place mentioned on the morning show, fo sho.

I don't know who owns 99.1. They can't r making money unless things have changed since I stopped listened to them. If they received more than 8 calls/hour it was unusual, and most of those calls were from the some cronies who must be on their payroll. Most of their time is spent arguing with each other.

I think calling into a radio show is different from normal speaking. Hell, I'm a few lbs overweight, therefore I don't wear a Speedo to the beach. Just logic.

As others have said, when he calls people change the station. That's the reality.

God you are so right on with that statement Nashville are such freaking band homers. Thank god for the TSR. App ainge is the best.

Yeah, the morning show on WNML are goober smoochers, but that schlock on "TSR" is the lowest of the low in terms of broadcast professionalism. I listened this past week because a few of you were mentioning it. OMG... that is amatuer radio... something you'd hear on an am station in southern Mississippi. Wonder why they never show up in an Arbitron ratings book? Just listen, then you'll see why.

IMO Ainge's show is the best local sports radio since Mike Keith did Sportstalk in the 90s.

Ainge's show is easily the most entertaining thing I've listened to on Knoxville sports radio.
