Nah the tats are visible when he's practicing but often not visible when he's being casual (and personally I've seen far more stoners without tats than with them). He's just got this "chill man... whatever bro" look on his face when he's not playing. Crazy how laid back he looks versus how game-face serious he looks in practice shots.

ETA: It's the game-face, I think. He does a 180 going from chill to swag.
