Well you saw how many points LSU could put on the sieve we call a defense and how many they hung on a weak Ole Miss. they have a horrible Offense and Arky does have a good swarming type of Defense. I think Arky whips them. McFadden is the best Football player in America and folks I really don't think it is very close.

Yup. And don't overlook the 'noles. They are playing for pride and they are very motivated coming into this weekend's rivalry game.

Florida was very lucky to beat LSU. LSU reminds me of Florida -- a ton of talent but just not quite putting it together all at once.

Watch out for either team if they ever do.

Throw the records out for FLA vs.FLA st. but the gators will crush them this year I really believe. I hate Fla St. worse than Fla. I live here and I do see them alot and they are s dont stink arrogant

I agree. I predict he's coaching Miami next year. After all, he hasn't been contacted by Miami yet, so why acknowledge any interest. In addition, he's doing the responsible thing by trying to prevent a distraction for his team during the remainder of their season.

Did read the article and caught this part ...When Spurrier left Florida to coach the NFL's Washington Redskins in 2002, he said he desired to coach somewhere that expectations weren't so immense on a yearly basis.

.......expectations weren't so immense...in other words Spurrier is no longer willing to give his all to win....

I hope he goes down there but if he does I hope we don't have to play them......Because God knows if he goes down there, there's no question about it, he WILL get the talent he wants down there and with the talent he'd be inheriting when and if he takes that job is good, maybe even good enough to win the NC, just poorly coached(this year).....Who knows though

mixed emotions, spurrier (choke,gag) is a great coach no question. if he goes to miami watch out, powerhouse in 2 years tops, the plus for vols is he is out of sec, he will out recruit florida in florida, and if he plays the urban legend he will kill him. i agree that spurrier will give strong consideration to miami, why wouldn't he? lets see, hmm, miami or columbia sc?? miami tradition or a catchy nickname?? my vote is see steve, see steve run, fly, hitchike to the U if they call.

I definitely wouldn't mind him getting out of the SEC....And staying out...I bet the Gamecock fans are PISSED thinking that their beloved Cocks could possible SUCK AGAIN! well they still suck but suck worse than ever

He wants to stay at SEC east and dreams of finishing his mission impossible: beat UT, UF and UGA and get another SEC title.
