I think his expectations are to keep continuity -to a fault. I agree with
@CAVPUT - you would think in 7-8 years of coaching that 1 coach would not be fulfilling his expectations and would lead to a firing. I would expect it for that length of time in coaching. Maybe I'm wrong,not the first time.
However,he seems to want to lean on loyalty (see Milton 2022) to POTENTIALLY the detriment of better people. Had Milton not gotten hurt,we would not have seen Hooker. I think we can make that same assumption towards the coaching staff.
Just because he's exceeded expectations doesn't immunize himself from scrutiny. It's not beyond scrutiny to expect more from the WR and OLine
