bo burnham had a very good shot "what". Saw it on YT a while back, not sure what else he has done other than that. His humor is a little odd at times, but he knows how to push the limits and play with words.

Kyle...the voice of Comedy Central. He's solid. Seen him a couple times live.

I've listened to over half of the WTF episodes. Watching new episodes of Maron on Netflix right now.
Not a huge fan of his stand-up though.

Also, none of the guys mentioned here are losers. I assume you're talking about Jeff Dunham, and he's had several specials on Comedy Central. I don't like his act, but callimg him a loser is just silly.
Has anyone mentioned Demitri Martin yet? I like him a lot.
