We went in September. I’d wait until after December, which is when they’ll open the other ride. The millennium falcon is the only ride at this time. But the entire area is so immersive. Even the restrooms. I regret not waiting to get into the Cantina.Have you been? Thinking about taking my kid in the next couple of years. He’s a huge SW fan and has memorized all the movies and seen all the shows and spinoffs. Total SW glutton he is.

Although I’m generally not a fan of the prequels, they still feel like Star Wars movies. The new ones don’t.Disney has absolutely ruined this franchise for me. The prequels weren't great but these new ones, other than Rogue One, have been horrible. The Force Awakens was a watered down remake of A New Hope with much less exciting characters and The Last Jedi was even worse. It was too long, the characters were dull, and Luke Skywalker's transformation into a whiny old man were horrible to witness as a live-long fan. I'm hoping that this one can somehow save the franchise.

I think I like McGregor’s Obi-Wan better then Luke Skywalker at this point. To me the prequels felt like bad Star Wars films that tried to give you winks and nods to the originals and played on nostalgia, fueled by Lucas having no one around to tell him what he was doing wasn't that good.
The sequels (not counting Rogue One) feel like watered down remakes where it tries to just do what the originals did but artifically raise the stakes...kinda.
Overall I don't really dislike any of them, even Solo, because for me a bad SW film is still entertaining enough. But I'm ready for this saga to end. I'm actually looking forward to The Mandalorian and Obi Wan series because the first looks to be a different take on the series like Rogue One was and the second because I thought Ewan McGregor was awesome as Obi-Wan and was one of the few good things about the prequels.
