How close in talent is the other twin to the one that is ranked higher? I always forget which is which, forgive the ignorance.Jaida Civil unofficial stat line 6/11 54.5% 15 points 8 assists 4 rebounds 5 steals.
2025 commit McDonald’s All-American G 6’0 Jaida Civil = 2nd Team All-SEC/All-SEC Defense G 6’0 Talaysia Cooper.
I see people talking about the current sophomores and freshmen in WBB.
Tennessee current class has four players Mya, Mia, Jaida, and Deniya that can step on a college court and physically compete in the SEC from Day 1. Hurst has the tools but as a two sport athlete her process will be different

And she is a GREAT young lady by the way!!! That’s all you hear. She could have abandoned her local little single A high school and gone to one of the high schools that recruit. But she stayed local and led them to multiple championships.I had to join just refute the assessment Cooper is unhappy at UT. I’m familiar with the family from Turbeville and the word is she loves it and the coach. I’m a Gamecock and wish she had stayed. But Dawn has no ill will towards her. Doesn’t seem to anyways. She just wanted more playing time. Sometimes it’s that simple. I wouldn’t overthink this her body language? Hope she heals up quickly. She’s a player!!!
Number one the LVs did not play well as a team the last two games, defensively or offensively. I believe that affected Cooper which is not uncommon for people as competitive as she is. She tried her best to take both games on her shoulders but it was not enough because the fire and desire of the team was awful. Their defense was poor and they had problems solving the zone defense and the paint defense was poor.I really loved this interview. I think she is a special player and person. Hope she is being easy on herself mentally with the injury. This is such a critical stage of human development, and to feel so much pressure to play, let alone potentially carry your team, when injured is less than ideal.

If you ever play for Dawn, you will always be one of her girls no matter if you transfer out or not. That's just how she is. She is actually close with all the girls she recruited but ended up at another school. Dawn is just a very loving person.I had to join just refute the assessment Cooper is unhappy at UT. Do you really expect her to say in an interview, I felt a lot of pressure to pick this school so that’s why I’m here? I’d much rather be at Tennessee. Stop it.Gamecock WBB add commitment from recruit Talaysia Cooper | The State
