It was a good play man, it was nice little card he had in his pocket, of course that is no longer available but still, nice run.

His proclaiming to be Honest Abe has no bearing on his current situation, in my eyes, I couldn't care less about Illinois.

I've never heard Pearl do this. I've seen where people have asked him about the situation, and he responded to it. But I have heard and met Pearl on 6 different occasions and on none of those occasions has he spoke about that.

I've got to give Pooch credit. At least he's shown up to face the music. The rest of the Pearl Patrol has been conspicuous by their absence. I can't believe they aren't standing behind their leader in these tough times. They must not be true fans.

What's ridiculous is that you have hated this man from the beginning and have continued to do so even before this even though he revived a program and sustained it and has taken to a place (Elite 8) where it's never been before.
