Stokes dropping out?

Is there any way we could blame this on Cuonzo, or can we say Stokes would stay in school if Bruce was still here?

Just thought I would get this in before someone else.......

Blame it on Cuonzo? No. I'm sure somebody will, though. The cool thing to do around here is to want coaches fired for any damn reason.

I heard Cuonzo uses strawberry jelly instead of grape jelly. FIRE HIM!

Dang Dooley's fault is what I heard...

Effing Derek Dooley. One of the members of the Triple Entente of UT's demise in athletics along with James Franklin and Lane Kiffin. All 3 are conspiring to bring down our athletic department. First football, now basketball.

And Butch Jones is the savior for our Football Program. I can feel Franklin loosing his power in the state already. Love that we got a commit that visited candy the day before

Honestly, I don't give a rat's ass about James Franklin. He's the head coach at Vandy.

This is a classic Volnation BS thread. Here are some of the qualifications:

1) "I heard from a friend..." "My friend just text me and told me..." "I don't normally post stuff like this but..." "Anyone else heard that..."

2) Vague enough that it can be construed like they actually knew what they were talking about in case they were right.

3) OP ends in TIFWIW or I'm just passing it along.

If he is declaring I think it isn't a bad choice. It feels like the talent pool is pretty poor in the draft this year and he might be able to sneak into the late 1st round.

He still can't score over length. I'll be shocked if he declares and even more shocked if he gets drafted any earlier than the late second round.

I should clarify that there isn't much depth at his position. I have seen guys like Patric Young, Andre Roberson and Mike Muscala hover real close to the 1st round in some mock drafts and I feel like Stokes has every bit as much potential or more so than those guys.

A friend of mine who lives in Memphis told me he was at the NBA game in Memphis last night. Classes have already started at UT, so, if he is still in Memphis, there may be more than smoke to this rumor.

His NBA potential isn't really that great. He's undersized and slow and plays below the rim. NBA 4's and 5's will just play off him, give him space, let him do a move, then swat it to the other side of the court.

No offense to Stokes, but if I'm drafting, I take Patric Young over Stokes. And I think Stokes is much better college player than Young.
