Students, Sunday It's On You.

They could do what Ohio U does and just build the ticket prices into the tuition cost. We get in free at every sporting event, but it is technically already built into the tuition. I forget the break down, but the AD gets a portion of the cost.

That is the option I would have argued to the AD, you know, if I had a say in anything.

yup, at least in the maryville area, lots more snow tonight than expected, and it's gonna freeze tonight

My heart just bleeds for all these poor students. Maybe since they are paying so much for that activity fee, we can just rent a Hummer Limo from CEO and drive around campus and the surrounding apartment complexes to pick students up. However, I am afraid they might freeze to death while walking into TBA. Hopefully they will all survive without any major cases of frostbite of hypothermia.

Trying to decide if I want to try to get out of my driveway to go. Its slicker than greased owl poop. If I can get to the main road I'll be good to go. Lookin forward to going if I can.

Hatvol is just some 40 year old in his moms basement who worships ut and doesn't realize that us students have classes to study for.

The walk to TBA today was quite an adventure. It would have been easier if I had worn ice skates. However, it was definitely worth it.

The structure of that sentence indicates that no amount of studying is going to do you any good.

Probably would have helped if someone had actually thought about attempting to clear the paths to the arena before 11 A.M. this morning.

I wore boat shoes like a complete idiot. Agreed though, I ended up with seats on the floor.

I would imagine the conditions made it Hell for any students who weren't within walking distance of the arena. I got there around 10:15 and there were only about 30 people in line. This was my 4th Florida game as a student. If I had arrived an hour before the gate opening for any of the previous 3 UT-UF games, I would been stuck in the upper deck. Today, I got in the 3rd row of the Rowdies.

It gets old hearing the students complain about this all the time.

Yeah, me too. Why when I was an UT student we walked everywhere with the wind against us no matter which direction we walked. Snow was near knee deep, and that was just in Sept.

An interesting thing hat, when I was a student, I remember reading about student apathy toward the basketball games. This was in mid-sixties when we won the SEC in 1967 with Ron Widby and Tom Boerwinkle.
