Might just be in the public interest to take the time to set up a blue ribbon committee and hold hearings on that for a good while. Issue some report at the end of a couple of years stating they need more data. ;)

Doesn't seem possible that mandates starting in August could have caused the September spike. If mandates caused that immediate of a spike, why didn't non-mandated vaccinations from the previous 6 months cause a spike?

Doing Keto too, but also fasting. Timing is everything I'm a cheap lunch but maybe a pricey dinner. I lost an insane amount of weight when I nearly died from covid, but a year of being sedentary and on oxygen, and I gained it all back...sadly I probably gained more fat back, and I lost a lot of muscle when I wasted away in the hospital bed. My lungs are much improved but I may have improved as much as I can now, and likely will never have the lung capacity I had before, and before I wasnt that great.

I'm doing nothing after dinner, bulletproof coffee in the a.m. until lunch.

I'm not really overweight, but I've slowly gotten a little midsection fluff that I want to shed. My goal is to have real abs by spring while keeping my muscle. I had crept up to close to 195, so I prob need to drop about 15 total to get where I want to be. Down 5# after around 4 weeks.

The difference between you and me is you made your mind up and cherry pick information to support your preconceived notions. I’m wading through the **** and calling BS where I see it. If you’ve been paying attention, which you’ve already admitted your not all the time, you’ve noticed that I’ve called BS on evil lawyer in here too. The reason I appear one sided to you is this thread tends to be an echo chamber for your tribe.
And a side not….anyone picking a nickname for the opposite tribe is sold out to a position and isn’t at all concerned about facts.

I admit openly that I am cynical of whatever info comes out that places the vaccine in a positive light... I don't shy away from that based on how these clowns in the govt and Big Pharma manipulated public opinion and propagandized this entire situation. They have a long way to go to earn my trust in anything they say.

There's degrees and levels to this. Simply saying both sides have lies is not a reason to ignore the obvious gap between the amount of malicious/wicked lies by the govt and Big Pharma vs the amount of lies of the anti-vaxers. Hell, all of those lies and conspiracy theories that many people laughed at have nearly all come true.

I'm honestly more worried right now than I was in the first couple weeks of the pandemic.
