Why are you picking on meat and eggs? That's superfood, brother. The rest of your list is good.

Did no such thing. Mentioned the difference between my shopping and others. However, a heavy meat diet does contribute to heart attacks.

Also, Swanson stock is basically salt water. Go with natural bone broth if your goal is a source of non-refrigerated protein/nutrition.

They also have an unsalted version, so why are you picking on Swanson stock? I like to eat one way, you like to eat another way. It doesn't call for declaring a Verbal World War 16.

This is the stuff the Surgeon General should have really issued a warning about, more than tobacco products, perhaps. Some folsk even looked at us with disdain due to our multi packets of beans, dry grains such as barley, rice, pastas, buckwheat hot cereal, coconut oil, unsalted Swanson beef and chicken stock, frozen veggies, well you get the idea. But it meant we stocked to reduce trips to the store, and eat more healthy. So we just smiled and winked at the sneering shoppers. Which of course pissed off some of them. At least one couple stopped and asked us about it just outside the store. They ended up nodding at each other, so I assumed they shopped like us next trip. I assume that, don't know it is true.
Wow I had the exact opposite scenario. When I made healthy food choices people would stop and comment on how good of a person I was. A few people applauded as I walked by them just outside the store. The store manager even came on the store loudspeaker and suggested to everyone to follow my example.

You didn't answer the question. Did the lockdowns help or hurt Americans diet and exercise lifestyles?

There you go again. Your persistent claim of not answering a question is the very reason why people like you shouldn't eat snow without four drops of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of sugar.

My wife has recently gotten on a health kick where she tries to only eat "God food". She basically tryst to avoid all man made processed food.

Another really cool thing we discovered is the Sardinia, Italy has one of the longest life expectancies in the world. People living in Sardinia continue to have a very active lifestyle and still hunt, fish, and harvest most of their food locally. The community eats a largely healthy diet consisting of whole-grain bread, beans, garden vegetables, fruits, and mastic oil, all of which are important for heart health. Of course they all drink their healthy red wine which inspired me to start ordering my wine from Sardenia and have a glass of health every night.

Actually, red wine has benefits. I think it is an antioxidant, in moderation helps cleans the arteries, and according to Paul (yes, the Bible one) it's a good medicine for an ailing stomach. (1 Timothy 5:23)

Your experience is highly unusual. You must live in a paradise bubble. Around here, meat and potatoes rule, and biscuits and gravy is the queen. Soda pop and beer is the water, bacon and sausage are the prince and princess. And obesity is everywhere. I envy your paradise environment.

Dude, you can eat however you want. I was just pointing out that meat (esp leaner types and those with healthy fats such as certain fish) and eggs do not belong in the same list as sodas and cookies. Much of what was preached in the 80s-2000s was nonsense. The whole "low fat craze" was an abysmal failure. For most people, it is an excessive consumption of carbohydrates that is the killer.

I was doing the same as you. I'm not the boogeyman you insist I am or want me to be.

I do agree with you that those things are bad for you. With that being said, this isn't about politics.
A recent Rassmussen poll reported that while 85% of democrats are vaccinated, 51% believe the vaccines are causing deaths/injury, 44% feel that vax safety concerns are legitimate, and 33% say they know someone who has died or shown side effects.

Vax and Republicans; Much more to that story!
‘Died Suddenly’? More Than 1-in-4 Think Someone They Know Died From COVID-19 Vaccines - Demographics - Rasmussen Reports®

Considering your article leads in with "death jab," maybe just share the actual, correctly interpreted Rasmussen poll next time instead of a poorly written, bias drenched article.

Don't know about your WHY questions. However, when I mention diet, I'm focused on the declining life expectancy of Americans in general. For the sake of profit, we're killing ourselves. We have the highest rate of diabetes in the world. And it's now impacting even our youngest kid for example. Diabetes kills. So blaming vaccinations for people dying just doesn't smell right to me. 'Nuff said.

You literally said the vaccine wasn't hurting anyone, it's our diet. So on the flip side, covid didn't kill anyone, it was our diet, right?

Prove I said that. And a direct quote from a post instead of paraphrasing, and falsehooding. You did I literally said that.

What's killing folks isn't the vaccines, rather it's primarily two things. The fat, grease, sugar, and salt heavy diet typical of Americans, along with sofa-TV lounging instead of exercising. And, the toxic by products dumped in our food and water by various manufacturing and agricultural entities. Sadly, folks insisting on politicizing everything, including death, either can't or refuse to see the truth on any level.

Literally, you said that. Read your own words.

In summation, "LOL you’re fat,…."

There is a study in review right now on an ingredient called “olean” (Olestra) that if accurate should really scare the **** out of people. Let’s synthetically alter fats in our food supply. What could go wrong?
The funny thing is this **** is pushed as “healthy “

Meh, some of these seed oils are not much better. Butter, tallow and lard (not kosher) would be better. Olive oil at low temperatures and coconut and palm oil are OK in certain situations also.

Lol
So experimental vaccine with possible adverse side effects that’s optional....should be banned and studied.
But
Altered and criminally unstudied food ingredient that nobody realizes in in their food and has possible stroke and cancer implications is a Meh.

Never change Ras.
