Sugar Bowl probably out after tonight

Sooooo, if...big IF, we win over Vandy by 20 and play well with Milton or whoever, I think we salvage a good bowl. I am in the middle of a $100k renovation so travel probably out for me. Would love to watch the Vols play Michigan after they lose to Ohio State. LSU will drop after UGA drills them. Would love to see Rattler and SC drill Clemson like they did us. Auburn beat Alabubba. Texas A&M beat LSU, TCU lose their championship game, and other assorted upsets to make Tennessee rise on up and grab a New Years game. I want to see UGA and Ohio State for sure. I would say it all hinges on our Defense doing a 180 against Vandy and Milton playing like Hooker. Go Vols!

Vandy isn’t a big IF win. Just stop.

2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018...we are tied 5-5 last 10 games. We laid a total egg last week against a team that was second or third tier SEC this year. You need to stop with the sunshine pumping and face reality. We have lost 2 out of the last three and we have played really bad defense having to outscore our opponents like a track meet or boat race. I hope we beat Vandy. A loss to them always puts a bad taste in our mouths for a long time and will dampen the parade on what is really a very good season. I sat through some of those Vandy games we lost recently and were supposed to win so that is my reality. We were over ranked for sure. And Hendon is not there to bail us out this weekend.
