I call it how i see it. I'm a independent that will vote republican to get your messiah out of office. Otherwise i'd waste my vote on Gary Johnson just to prove a point.....

I didn't know that Jeremiah Wright was President. That's because...he's not. I personally am not a fan of Reverend Wright, and a lot of other blow hards in the pulpit.

I am a registered Independent who WILL vote for President Obama, and I really don't get the reasons for your intense hatred towards him. I think he is a good President, not a messiah, and you should be grateful for that instead of hateful.

So, you complain that the government is failing, while supporting the people who are absolutely devoted to making it fail. I just don't think that's a good way to go.

you support a man that has been an absolute failure in his first real job. Sadly that job has a huge effect on many lives. How the heck could any rational person not on the govt dole want more?

Uh uh. Them deep Christian values is the reason he is for abortion and same sex marriage. Wasn't his pastor the one that kept saying damn America?

Actually, I think that is what did happen with GM.

Bush allowed OBL to live. He didn't even take a security briefing on OBL until a few weeks before 9/11, despite urgent requests from his first month in office until then by the Director of the Counter-Terrorism Security Group. That's a fact. And after Bush invaded Iraq, he stated that getting OBL was not important. Whatever he really thought, it' a fact that Bush did not get him and President Obama did.

Those are important issues, but they are far from the only issues involving Christian values. You care about the unborn, but don't care about the people who are born. What is Christian about that?

Did you know that President Bush downgraded Counter-Terrorism from a cabinet level post under President Clinton, with regular briefings to the President...to a post with no authority to do anything without approval from a committee of undersecretaries from the Defense and State Departments? And did you know who those undersecretaries were and what they did? Under President Bush, OBL went unobstructed by the Bush Administration...until 9/11. Let me guess; you did not know that, and you do not care about the truth. Right?

For me the religious incentive argument fails to supply the proper incentive.

As a Christian I'm supposed to do good works because I have salvation but my preacher says I can't earn my way to heaven, Jesus already did that.

Romney, on the other hand, believes he can earn his way to his own deification by doing a lot of good works on earth.

So, if I'm going to pick a political leader based on their religious incentives for doing stuff, wouldn't I pick the one who still needs to earn his salvation?
