So you aren't worried about the asian's getting rejected from college because they are asian in 2023? or whenever this case started.
i love the racism coming out from the Dem's right now. We have to protect the minorities! Well only some minorities, its should be constitutional to discriminate against Asians because they are Asian. How dare the SC take away our ability to discriminate against Asians.
!!!I expect he will have plenty of opportunities if he has a halfway decent GPA and interviews well. This country needs engineers!
Raytheon has called in retired engineers to teach its employees how to build the Stinger missiles heavily used by Ukraine’s military—using blueprints drawn up during the Carter administration.

You can't really prove it one way or the other ... but he was admitted to Yale Law School at a time (1971) when they were not accepting very many black applicants, and there was an Affirmative Action quota of 10% in place for "students of color." His white classmates believed that he benefited from Affirmative Action.Where’s the proof he benefited?
If the AA program was not in place, are you claiming there is no way he would have gotten in on his own merit that year?

So with AA in place, black people never really know if they made it on their merit or because of their skin color. You can't really prove it one way or the other ... but he was admitted to Yale Law School at a time (1971) when they were not accepting very many black applicants, and there was an Affirmative Action quota of 10% in place. Without Affirmative Action in place in 1971, more than likely, Clarence Thomas would have been discriminated against ... because that was common in Ivy League Law Schools at the time. Things have dramatically changed since then ... but it is still fair to point out, that in all probability, Clarence Thomas once benefited from a program that he just struck down.So with AA in place, black people never really know if they made it on their merit or because of their skin color.
Sounds awesome.

Did he say that he was ashamed of it when Yale alum President George H.W. Bush nominated him for the Supreme Court in 1991?He’s also gone on record about 7500 times stating that he’s ashamed of being a Yale alumnus and that he wishes he could give the diploma back. I’m not sure he actually knows where it is.
