T.S.A. At It Again

pretty sure you can't sue the TSA. Had something to do with national security

I would test it. There have been other prohibitions that have been overturned. I think it is time for some of TSA's negligence to be examined in court. You can do this and still maintain the confidentiality necessary for national security.

That's right, if you don't want to get searched, don't fly. I fly 10-12 times a year including overseas. I've never had a problem. Maybe I'm the only one.

Maybe. I'm sure a lot of it depends on the airport. I flew out of Miami once and an older white woman and myself (white male) were both singled out by a TSA employee for screening (he was not white and seemed disgruntled). It was pretty obvious to both of us at the time the reason we were selected while others went on through with no hesitation.

went thru security this weekend and got to see a couple of interesting things:

- 20min discussion about what was in the baby wipes container in my wife's bag. Finally they bought our story that they actually were for cleaning our son's butt

- my 8mo son's first frisking. That boy must look really dangerous. I only wish he had a full diaper so they could have gone thru that too
