Tajh Boyd

At best he is a 3 star, maybe turning the corner. I've seen a game of his this season on television and at best is a 3 star right now.

His throws are very, very slow. Accuracy is there, but in the SEC will get picked off.

EXTREMELY slow in the pocket, and doesn't make great decissions.

I think he is at best a Kodi Burns like QB, and maybe with proper coaching and fine surroundings, he might become a late bloomer like Matt Flynn.

But do not expect a true 5 star QB prospect with Boyd. There is no way he ever will dominate.

Bryce Petty? Is that you?

Go cut your toenails or something...I don't think you have a clue as to what you are talking about...

ESPN - Murray garners Elite 11 MVP honors - Football Recruiting

While Smith stood out in one group, Tajh Boyd was making play after play in Martin's group. Said Martin: "Tajh was on point today with his decisions and accuracy."

Tajh Boyd may have been the best athlete at the Elite 11.

Are you freaking serious. You saw one game of his on TV and you are now an expert on his talent. WOW!

This guy must be a CB that got burned by Boyd this year or something. What a jackass

lets hope his knee injury isnt too serious. He wont be looking at other schools IMO because of this injury, as schools will "slow play" him.

I just watched som video of this young man hes awesome, hopefully we get a coach that can develop his talents even better.............................WOW

come on, this can't be a real VOLS fan.
We all know sometimes recruits don't work out as expected but we need them and want them. There is no need to bash this guy or his rating.

I know that Boyd heard me cheer when we got the turnover off the punt in the Bama game.

Boyd if you are out there listening or reading... that will be you that I am cheering for if you come to my university. All that I need is for you to make one play and I will go nuts!

I finally saw TB's video and I liked what I saw. He sales playaction very well, is a pure passer, and very smart. Runs only when he has to or when its a design run but when he does shows good mobility. He's a keeper IMO and is a nice selling point to the new coach. Can't wait to get him here.

yes sir. i think he will start from day 1. He brings something that tennessee has needed in the past years a DT QB.

If Butch Davis is the next coach, I think we get can get Heastie since Boyd is already committed. Prolly the only way though.

Heastie confirmed a visit to UNC on Nov 22 and is the only other school he is considering besides WVU at this time.

Although he will be a true freshman, I can guarantee you that he will be a vast improvement from the retard and Stephens. This kid has all the tools, and with coaching he could be a very good college quarterback.

was that necessary?

Yes, as a matter of fact I do think it was necessary. Crompton, is the worst qb in the history of Tennessee football. Watching him makes me want to puke.
