Thanks a lot Dubya!

You are the slow witted, chubby girl in the group of hot girls out for a night of drinking and dancing. You fancy yourself as being clever and a solid 8 but in reality the only reason you get any attention is because of your mind numbingly idiotic takes on virtually every subject. We could be talking about cereal and your idea would be a nice bowl of Kix with a light sprinkling of non-fat soy milk

Wonder why Ron won't tell us: 1) how many were US citizens, 2) how many US citizens remain to be evacuated, 3) how many of our Afghan allies remain to be evacuated and 4) how many of those 80K were evacuated by us rather than by our allies.
So…you’re not actually expecting an answer right?

oh and 5) why do these numbers always conflict with what state and the Pentagon say?

I got this one: Trump shouldn't have made an agreement with the Taliban, Joe was hamstrung by the previous administration, the Taliban is honoring the agreement so everyone who wants to get out can, and "no one" has been killed trying to leave

Ron Klain just throws numbers into a coffee cup & pulls out whatever is good with his ass.

"Many people have asked, reasonably, why we can't provide a precise number of American citizens still in country," Sullivan said at a White House press briefing.

"When Americans have come to Afghanistan over the years, we asked them to register with the embassy. Many have left without deregistering. Others never registered at all," Sullivan said. "That is their right, of course. And it's our responsibility to find them, which we are now doing hour by hour. In the days remaining, we believe we have the wherewithal to get out the American citizens who want to leave Kabul."

Ummm, Klain could state the # out so far AND we may not know the exact # left (because some may not have contacted State) but we do know how many have contacted State and are in the database. By all accounts that number is 2 - 5x the number out to date.

😂🤡 hey it isn’t our fault we don’t know where the citizens in the country are even though we had to know they entered as we scanned their passports at entry. F-ing hilarious.

Matt Viser (@mviser) Tweeted:
Reps. Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Peter Meijer (R-MI) after a secret visit to Kabul that has infuriated some officials at the Pentagon and the State Department: "Washington should be ashamed of the position we put our service members in, but they represent the best in America.” https://t.co/AloMowUMJ5

I guess in fairness - how would they know exactly where in the country they are if they never registered, or didn't let the embassy know if they moved to a different location? The DoS should have the number that are currently in country because passports would have been scanned. But exactly where they currently are? I would think they would have to register with the embassy and give their location.

Maybe I don't understand something?

I think the disconnect is that the administration is saying "we can't tell you how many are left since we may not know about some" instead of telling us "we know for sure there are this many but there may be some additional we don't know about".

I'm pretty sure they know the bulk of Americans left but they aren't giving that number because they can hide behind not knowing the # down to the person. If they know of 10,000 still there and there's another 300 hundred they don't know about they should be able to tell us the 10K #.

Biden pledged yesterday to have State share this # - we'll see if they do.

Point is they know exactly how many are there and it’s disingenuous to indicate otherwise. They won’t give the number because they know today they are going to miss. They aren’t managing the evacuation of all citizens they know they can’t meet that they are managing optics
