There is no legitimate excuse for it. It's not Trump's fault. Biden is President and the Commander-in-Chief. This is his **** up to own.

Not sure what your point is. Biden apparently had no disagreement with pulling our troops otherwise he would have cancelled the agreement, same as he cancelled everything else Trump.
