NYTimes: D.C. Law Firm Inserted ‘Hundreds’ of Unvetted Afghans into U.S. Airlift

President Joe Biden’s Afghan evacuation was so chaotic that an immigration law firm in D.C. inserted hundreds of unidentified and unvetted Afghans from a regional Afghan city into the main processing center in Qatar, according to the New York Times.

The unidentified Afghans are now being held in Germany while officials try to identify them and learn about their past actions.

But the vetting may not matter. If the passengers fail the vetting, it is unclear if the United States can persuade another country to accept them. If the passengers cannot be sent to another home, such as Pakistan, U.S. officials may quietly let them move to the United States.

D.C. Law Firm Put 'Hundreds' of Unvetted Afghans into U.S. Airlift
That unlawful firm should be disbarred.

I actually posted that they were tarmac bound yesterday..so they been sitting awhile.
How is this cluster gonna play out? Guarantee they sit for at least 6 more days. The optics are going to be unreal. Danke Joe

Unfortunately Just like a lot of saw coming what happened at the airport.

I think we know how that's going to end. We just don't want to admit it.

That’s so sad. It’s unfortunate we can’t get our drug addicts helped and the crazies institutionalized.

Why would we do that when we can let clowns like Jack "POS" Posobeic stoke the flames of partisan tribalism by assigning blame for decades of drug abuse to a political party.

We have numerous posters here who follow this guy even though they know he was FOS about pizza gate. It's beyond stupid how anyone gives this person a platform of any kind.

Several things come to mind, but these are easy:

Because they can

So many long knives and stones and so few heads ... and people on these planes are obviously not what they would consider good citizens

They like pallets of cash delivered in the night

Iranian hostage crisis without the press coverage.

If we wanted to clean this up then we would. These are democrat cities. Who in their right minds would continue to put up with this unless you don't really care because they don't vote.

Instead of putting our money toward a bunch of BS and let illegals come up through the southern border by the 100's of thousands we should be working on policies to clean up some of these streets including adding more law enforcement. An entire comprehensive plan is needed. Again, these people don't vote so they're low priority. A shame.

Suddenly the right has the answer for drug abuse, Ronnie Regan would have loved to have had all of your answers.

So then what's the point right, on who is to blame is neither approach works??

One approach keeps the prison and justice system clogged, the other frees up money and resources for prevention and treatment.
