How many Afghan civilians will be killed now that the blood thirsty Taliban is in charge? The streets are gonna run red. This is an epic disaster and the Diapered Idiot is responsible. Is that your barometer? Should we wait until more American's are killed to get out of that cesspool?
If only American lives matter, why do you care how quickly we get out of Afghanistan or what violent vacuum is left in its wake?
THE HUMAN COST:
American service members killed in Afghanistan through April: 2,448.
U.S. contractors: 3,846.
Afghan national military and police: 66,000.
Other allied service members, including from other NATO member states: 1,144.
Afghan civilians: 47,245.
Taliban and other opposition fighters: 51,191.
Aid workers: 444.
Journalists: 72.
Especially since we left them well armed. I don't have any affinity to that part of the world and I hate to see the bloodbath that will happen there, but they're not like us, and we will never change their way of life and the brutality that they live by.How many Afghan civilians will be killed now that the blood thirsty Taliban is in charge? The streets are gonna run red. This is an epic disaster and the Diapered Idiot is responsible.
Do you think Trump would have handled this any different than the current admin.?
That's asking waaaaaaaaay too much of our elected "leaders."You’ve made some valid points on why this would’ve happened no matter the difference in circumstances. Not gonna say you’re wrong. If there were no other ways that this could’ve or should’ve been done then this is a massive failure by the Administration of being honest with the American people on what would take place. If, If, this was the only option, Biden should’ve gone ahead and told us this was going to be messy and prepared everyone for why this has turned into. Because if you know this or so many others recognize what was actually gonna happen, I imagine the Station Chief in Kabul, the Directors in Langley and the Chiefs at the Pentagon all knew what the hell was happening. This was piss poor management by the Administration either by execution of withdrawal or management of expectations.
This I can agree with. We don't need a tweet to know this.
Can you imagine how many tweets we'll get about cousins, uncles and aunties but it's like any other social media. Some may be asking for prayers.
