Guys I'm new to this forum.... And I am a Vols fan but, he has to do whats best for him and his family. you have to respect that. Bu if we need another recruiter to feel a need why not go after Trooper Taylor ? He is one of the top notch recruiters of the SEC

No he isn't. He was still in TN a few hours ago at his son's bball game. He isn't leaving until morning.

If Tee's son plays basketball in knoxville while he lives in LA, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say IT'S A DONE DEAL.

Tee Martin has just as much class as the great one, #16. I have spent time with both and both were first class individuals. Peyton could've come back and finished his career in the state of Tennessee where he is worshipped, but instead decided to finish his career in Denver. Doesn't mean that he loves this state or his school any less. Same as Tee.

Who wouldn't honestly? The way things have panned out for us the last couple weeks, it would be nice for him to jump on the opportunity immediately. He has done a nice showing by coming here and bringing his family.

Another factor would be T's son from a previous relationship living in Knoxville. Gives T an oppurtunity to be closer to him.

I can honestly say I'm one of about 3 fans that just doesn't care whether he comes or not. I think he'd be a nice addition to the staff, but I just don't get so wrapped in nostalgia that I need him to come back.

The fanbase is borderline doing with Tee Martin what they did with Jon Gruden - building him up as the one and only guy that can do the job.

I'm not sure that his job is any more secure at USC than it would be at UT under a new regime.

I think Lane has one more year and then if he doesnt do much better, he's gone. I would say CBJ has three years, plus Tee is beloved in these parts..

Tee may have read VN. By many of the postings on VN, I am amazed that any coach or recruit would come to TN. Some posters are full of negativity. We are starting over with a new staff. We should show support instead of being so negative on every name that is mentioned.

Yes the kid should be a huge factor here.
